Connecting Your First Integration in 60 Seconds
A quick walkthrough of connecting your ad platforms, CRM, and email tools to Headless HQ.
Headless HQ agents need access to your existing tools to be useful. The good news: connecting them takes about 60 seconds per integration.
OAuth integrations
Most integrations use OAuth, which means you click "Connect," sign in to the service, and authorize Headless HQ. No API keys to copy, no credentials to manage. We currently support OAuth for:
- Ad platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
- CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Dynamics 365
- Scheduling: Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Calendly
- Documents: Google Docs, OneDrive
- E-signatures: DocuSign, Adobe Sign
API key integrations
Some services use API keys instead of OAuth. For these, you generate a key in the service's settings and paste it into Headless HQ. We validate the key before saving it. API key integrations include:
- Email: SendGrid, Resend, Postmark
- Ticketing: Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom
- Enrichment: Apollo, Clearbit, ZoomInfo
- CMS: Ghost
- Analytics: Plausible, PostHog
Security
All credentials are encrypted at rest using Fernet symmetric encryption. OAuth tokens are automatically refreshed before they expire. API keys are validated on connection and never exposed through our API — not even to you after the initial setup.
You can disconnect any integration at any time from the Settings page. Disconnecting immediately revokes the agent's access to that service.
