Frequently asked questions
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one user account with login access to HeadlessHQ. AI agents don't count as seats — they're unlimited on every plan.
Do I need to connect all my tools to get started?
No. Most customers start by connecting one or two tools — typically their CRM and their ad platform — and expand from there. Agents are useful from the first connection.
Can I switch between approval modes?
Yes, at any time, per agent. You can run the Marketing agent in full auto-approve mode while keeping Finance in full manual review. Approval thresholds are configurable per action type.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored in GCP's Montreal region (northamerica-northeast1) by default. Enterprise customers can discuss custom data residency requirements.
What happens to my beta access when paid plans launch?
Beta users get 30% off their first year on any paid plan, and we give at least 30 days notice before charging. You'll never be moved to a paid plan without explicit consent.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual plans get 2 months free (equivalent to a 17% discount). Enterprise plans are annual-only.
